Unbeatable location in Hikkaduwa! The two main surf breaks are right at your doorstep. Breakfast included is amazing, actually everything on the menu is incredible. Staff were super friendly and very accommodating. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. We stayed here twice on our trip and decided on the King Room with Sea View for our second stay (first stay was Garden View) both rooms were lovely but can’t beat the Sea View room. Sun beds by the beach were an extra bonus! Loved our multiple stays here.

A fantastic stay in a serene and nature-filled setting! The property has two well-designed suites with a common pool, creating a perfect balance of privacy and relaxation. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Tropical House. They have a super great breakfast, an amazing pool and friendly staff! It is nicely located in a quiet area not far from the main street. We truly enjoyed this wonderful oasis!

The hotel is small, but very nice, European-style clean and comfortable. The breakfasts are like home, very substantial. They are prepared individually. It feels like visiting a beloved grandmother.
