If you want to enjoy the waterfall early in the morning and be alone during two hours before other tourist! Don't hesitate, choose this homestay, Upali the owner will be helpful. His wife is an excellent cooker and the room with the terrace is perfect to eat and have a direct view to the waterfall. Take this time and this homestay and enjoy it.

Everything was great. The owner and staff were super friendly. The food was delicious, we ate breakfast, lunch and dinner here for 3days and couldn’t fault it. The views are breath taking and just outside the door of property, you can do some incredibly beautiful hikes around the tea plantations.

Most of all the family running the guesthouse. Everyone were so kind, and helpful in any way possible. We had such a great and fun stay. We did the cooking class, highly recommended, don’t miss out. We stayed 4 days and had all our meals there. They are doing really great cooking. After 8 weeks travelling in Sri Lanka the last year, we never had anything but good experiences, but this guesthouse is now our favourite, first of all because of the genuinely warmhearted family.
