Very large room with kitchenette and bathroom, huge flat screen smart TV and A/C. The entire floor has a series of similar flats opening to terrace and landing with microwave, ironing board and laundry lines. Very convenient location near Maharagama centre near the Colombo-Batticaloa highway and at a few minutes from Kotte and Polwatta. The host is fully proficient in accommodating all nationalities and provides a plethora of amenities for either cooking, cleaning, or refreshments. He also was assisting to further my trip in the most budget friendly and efficient manner. All of it for an unbeatable value for money rate.

I stayed twice in this property. It's near the beach . Extremely supportive staff specially Mr.Mohan manager of the property. On my second visit he surprised me with some fruits and a thanks letter. He also offered a discount on my food . I recommend this property for a safe and peaceful stay

    Room was very clean and A/C is working. Bed sheets were also clean and tidy . There is a pool which is super clean and nice. A little bit far from the city center but not too far. You can enjoy the nature, view and have a chill/relaxing day. Amazing view, very kind and helpful staffs also. Arosh was really kind to us. Amazing person. We planned to stay 1 night but ended up staying 3 nights. Lasty, it was a great experience! Totally worth the price ❤️👏
