United KingdomI arrived in Mandalay 28/03/25 as the 7.7 magnitude earthquake hit. As the city turned into chaos the manager (female from Lithuania) remained calm and organised somewhere for us to stay, food and water. Which during that time was not an easy task. I cannot thank her and the team enough for helping me in this time as I would’ve been screwed without them!!

English premier league football on room TV including live games ..Friendly helpful staff .. would recommend the laundry service - clean fresh smelling ironed and individually wrapped as new .. breakfast OK fresh omelette and fruit .. coffee not great
Large room and ensuite very clean …lots of water bottles .. room quiet
