That place is stunning, even the cenote was closed because of the last hurricane we really enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Its a magical place like a little jungle and the staff was more than great! We were unlucky that on our first night, our neighbours were unfortunately loud late at night. When we complained, the hotel went above and beyond and gave us our own secluded rooms away from the previous rooms. This is exceptional client service and would definitely return. Food was delicious, a real escape from the Riviera Mayan resort feel.
