It was necessary to be in Oman for a couple of days. Stayed at this hotel. The hotel is new. Everything is straight new. I liked it. I would even stay longer, but I had to fly away. Great hotel for those who are preparing for a snorkel tour in Seeb or Al Mouj (breakfast starts at 06:00). We booked it because of this reason, but were surprised by the overall quality of the hotel and the rooms it offers. It offers a pool, a gym and a breakfast that's comparable to those we had in 4- and 5-star hotels in Oman.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. It is owned by a lovely family, Nazanin and Masoud, who were extremely kind and welcoming throughout our visit. The place truly feels like home: comfortable, peaceful, and very well-maintained. Our room was spacious and clean, and the price is very reasonable for what you get. The location is also very convenient, as it’s not too far from the city center and surrounded by everything you might need. The villa also has a large, well-equipped shared kitchen, perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking, as well as a shared laundry machine for guests to use. It’s worth noting that guests are responsible for their own cleaning, as there is no daily cleaning service provided. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Oman.

I highly recommend this accommodation. Beautiful room with private bathroom and possibility to use kitchen. Convenient location, easy to access to the airport and you can get to the old center of Muscat by bus or taxi. But the best thing about the accommodation is the host. I highly recommend getting inspiration from the host about what to see in Muscat and she was also available online at any time if needed.
