Large clean and comfortable room with king size bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was able to extend my stay twice at the same rate I was charged by booking.com even though it was a weekend. Great central location within easy walking distance to shop and restaurants. Easy parking.

Everything! Excellent little motel, close to everything, 5min walk to Peache's restaurant, clean, comfortable. Perfect place to stay for a couple's getaway. We just had a very small issue with the bathroom, but that was quickly fixed and the staff are super friendly and I believe it's family owned!

Everything about this place is amazing, from the perfect location next to the Saco river to the freshly cooked breakfasts. The staff are all very polite and couldnt do enough for us. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the grounds immaculate, cant wait to go back.

    The room was comfortable and very clean. Plenty of towels, soap, etc. The fridge and microwave were great. Lighting was great. Such an awesome deal. I want to go back with my kids so they can enjoy the pool and additional fun areas.
