Warm and welcoming staff. Great team, especially the three furry taste testers they employ. Great communications prior to our stay and upon self-check-in. The breakfast were varied and really tasty. The bed was really comfortable and meant two great nights sleep. If we find ourselves in Portland again we would only stay here. One of the friendliest, most homely places we’ve ever stayed in. Erin especially is like a long lost sister. Great job!!!

Location, hotel, room, the facilities including swimmin pool, gym and breakfast was amazing, I mean if you really want a room with a view please please go for room 1100, it is massive room with two double windows with panaromic view of Portland port. This was by far the best hotel we stayed. Highly recommended!!!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I have stayed in several hotels and I have never observed so many staff members who appear to truely enjoy making their customers happy.I got the impression they were happy in their workplace. It was very refreshing to see this.From the minute I checked in until I checked out the staff was very nice. I was surprised at the variety served at the breakfast buffet. I was expecting small boxes of cereal...I was wrong. The location is perfect.Portland is a "walking city". The beds are very comfortable.I was surprised at how well stocked the room was with everything you could need in a hotel room.
