The guesthouse has a perfect location in district one, close to everything and still on a very quiet side street. The owner speaks excellent English and is truly welcoming and helpful. She gave us a map with places of interest (sights, food, shopping) specifically marked and drew a recommended walking tour on the map for us. She gave us some outstanding tips for the food, including breakfast, and stored a bag with our warm clothes for free until our return for the last night of our trip to Vietnam.

What I loved most about this hotel is the location, it’s close to everything without being smack in the middle of the noisy areas. I could walk to cafés, shops, and even a small park within a few minutes. My room overlooked a quiet street, so I slept better than I expected.
