We had an amazing stay here. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are so comfy, the pool is fabulous, the breakfast is delicious. The staff were absolutely incredible - picked us up from the airport, helped us rent bikes, did laundry, allowed us to extend our stay and cared for one of us so well when she injured herself (gave her fresh bandages and antiseptic every day and free lift into the town). Town and beach are only a short walk away.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like VIPs. They went above and beyond in every possible way - proactively offering help, arranging courtesy tickets to the cable car without us even asking, and anticipating our needs before we knew them ourselves. When we accidentally left behind a valuable item, they didn’t just find it, they personally ensured it was returned to us safely. Truly remarkable service. Location? You can’t beat it. Right in the heart of Sunset Town, directly across from the cable car, everything is just a short walk away. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully clean, and brand new. The Japanese-inspired design is elegant, peaceful, and perfectly executed in every detail. What more could you ask for? Amazing staff, unbeatable location, stunning design, and perfect hospitality. A true 10/10 from our entire family. We’ll definitely be back.

Staying at this apartment was an unforgettable experience. Every morning, I woke up to the soothing sound of waves and the sight of endless blue waters right from the bedroom. The staffs are all friendly. Immediately assist us to solve all kind of issues, like drive us to the night market nearby, rent the motorcycles, call the grab and so on. Once we met some issues, dial the number to the counter, then the staff would just show up in front of the room! This kind of service really make us impressive. Firstly the owner is absolutely lovely, just a Whatsapp message away, he arranged buggy to supermarket/ATM when we needed, answered all of our questions promptly, and even said he would help us with our onward journey: when we expressed we had an issue with a previous hotel he offered to help if we needed, to translate etc, and further said he would recommend us as guests should we have any other issues in the future. Absolutely fantastic guy! They had the cutest friendly dog in the hotel, Goku! The hotel itself is great, free bicycles, and motorcycles to rent instantly. Laundry service was fantastic. The room was gorgeous, clean, the shower was the best we’ve had since in our nearly 6 weeks travelling. Bed was comfy, TV was large, aircon was fantastic and the room got very cool very quickly. The hotel is located in a “resort complex” so everything is within walking distance, the beach & calm sea, places to eat/shop, and an amazing night market.

David and his team went above and beyond to help and make the hotel feel like home. They even drove me to the pharmacy and helped translate when I got bitten by a jellyfish. Super friendly staff and the breakfasts were some of the best on the Island. Perfect location in Sunset Town, everything was walkable and easy to navigate.

    Very clean villa with sparkling pool. Staff were helpful and courteous. It’s very peaceful, away from hectic city, but a close and relatively inexpensive ride (download Grab app, don’t use taxis, much cheaper!) to plenty of activity in town and beyond. The beach would have been nice if it wasn’t rainy season, which made it wild and messy. The Sunset restaurant has nice views, as do all the oceanfront villas.

    Great location, very friendly staff. We had a room with direct access to the beach, where you can enjoy a fantastic massage. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated, providing perfect tranquility at night. The hotel is also close to the town and nightlife. If you don't have breakfast included at the hotel, I recommend the Garden Friendly House and Local Food restaurant, right in front of the hotel. They offer affordable and delicious food - I recommend having dinner or just drinks there.Wishing you a great time like we had.

    Stunning resort. Very clean. Great location. Pool Villa 186, Resort view. The other side is a building site which hasn’t started yet. Amazing size pool. The villa was huge. Not amazing privacy but we didn’t care. Highly recommend. Taxis are very cheap so the secluded location isn’t a problem. Huge stunning complex just walking distance with loads of restaurants and shops. Hope this helps.

    The apartment was excellent. Spotless clean, great size and very comfortable. The pool is very clean with lovely surrounding area. The staff are excellent always friendly and respond quickly to request. The location is on the edge of Duong Dong town and a nice walk from the hotel into town and to the beaches.
