The area is popular for skiing, and ski equipment hire is available at this 2-star hotel. Very good! Clean, new, excellent buffet breakfast, friendly staff, wifi works, heating works, spaceious, comfortable, very quiet. I loved it.

The team with Javier, Laura and the rest of the staff were very welcoming, warm, nice, helpful and competent people. Hotel itself is very nice, modern with great interior design, obviously clean, very comfortable bed, and the breakfast was great with avocado toasts, fresh croissants, etc. and orange juice but could have a wider offering. Location is in the city centre which is very nice, parking garage for 25 Euros but worth it (your car will be safe during the night). If we come back to Andorra some time we fore sure will stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful first stay!

Big space, comfortable bed & pillows, complete amenities. Location is in the mountain, far from the city center but quiet and relaxing.

Well set in the centre of Escaldes-Engordany, MIM Andorra Member of Melia Collection provides air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a restaurant. This 5-star hotel offers a bar. Certain rooms at the property include a terrace with a mountain view. We loved everything about this hotel. The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. They go that extra mile for you to make your stay even more pleasant and comfortable. The location is great, in the shopping street, short (10-15 min) walk to “the old town” and 5 minutes to Caldea spa. We also enjoyed the restaurant a lot, delicious food (we had breakfast and dinner there). The room facilities and comfort are everywhere you would except from a 5* hotel, very large and comfortable bed, clean and soundproof. We had an excellent experience and we will definitely be back to this hotel.

Accommodation for disabled guests is also available at the property. Well sized and stocked, new apartment 10 min walk from gondola and T1 lift. Low-key manager, was there when needed and nice overall. Comfortable beds for 4 adults(1 king + 2 twins) with 2 additional bunk beds, ideal for large family but would not recommend 4person family plus 2 adult friends, there isn't enough privacy for that. The views are great as well.
