El Xalet Bringué Hotel está situado en el pueblo de montaña de El Serrat, en los Pirineos andorranos. Normally, Booking.com does me a dirty when booking places. I booked one night here and ended up staying for five. Upon my arrival I was met by staff and offered bag carrying. There is free parking out front ( snow brush and ice scraper available) or for 11 euros per night there is a garage. I had two dogs with me who slept in the vehicle, this was not an issue as all rooms are not road facing, if they had barked it would not have disturbed anyone. Just a two minute walk up the road is a trail to the river and park. Elleven minutes drive is Ordino Arcalis ski resort ( also free parking). My room had a heated floor, verypowerful shower that maintained a constant temperature always, big double bed, large TV with all apps, USB and plug sockets each side of the bed. Room has a fridge. The hotel's wifi is fast with a strong connection. Plenty of very nice towels, robes also at no additional charge ( makes a nice change). The room has a thermostat which has very little lag on bringing the temperature up or down, impressive in a large room. The cleaner is exceptionally thorough and the room was turned out beautifully every day even down to mopping the floors. The staff are totally on point, super helpful and accommodating. They arranged the veterinary appointment for my dogs travel back to UK at no extra charge also. My medical conditions ( allergies) were taken into consideration and my room allocated away from the restaurant ( note I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment outside of breakfast). My room had a lovelly balcony with views down the valley and of the river cascading down the rocks. The Spa: I used this twice. Once it was busy and quite noisy and another time I had the place to myself which was Bliss. The Spa was an additional fee for 90minute session. The hot stone beds being my favourite. I spent an hour on one ( there are four) listening to audio books.

New facilities, in excellent condition. Very clean, comfortable beds. Good breakfast for a hostel. Good price and perfect starting points for hikes in the Pyrenees around.

Very good! Clean, new, excellent buffet breakfast, friendly staff, wifi works, heating works, spaceious, comfortable, very quiet. I loved it.

The Blackpine Hotel - Small Luxury Hotels se encuentra en Escaldes-Engordany, a 16 km de Parque de atracciones Naturland, y ofrece servicio de conserjería, habitaciones libres de humo, restaurante,... Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations – it was truly the highlight of our entire trip! The hotel is immaculately clean, combining cozy charm with modern design for a luxurious and comfortable experience. Every detail in the room was thoughtfully considered, and the bed was incredibly comfy – we slept like babies! We loved waking up to the beautiful view, and the location couldn't be better. There are fantastic restaurants just downstairs and a vibrant shopping street only a 2-minute walk away. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, assisting us with taxi bookings and recommending great local spots to eat. One of the best parts? The room was completely soundproof – we didn’t hear a single noise from outside or within the hotel.

MIM Andorra Member of Melia Collection es un alojamiento bien ubicado en el centro de Escaldes-Engordany que ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado, centro de fitness, wifi gratis y restaurante. The staff were amazing. They went out of their way to provide the best possible experience.

El Tarter THE MIRROR & SPA luxury apartments está a 30 km de Parque de atracciones Naturland y ofrece alojamiento con salón de uso común, spa y centro de bienestar y servicio de conserjería. Spacious, very comfy beds and spotlessly clean. Kitchen well equipped to make family meals. Car parking easy and secure. A short walk across the road to the lift. No need to tangle with the very busy car park. Spa area is fab and very welcome after a long day skiing, all spotless too and never busy. Laundry area on 4th floor really helpful as are heated ski lockers opposite apartments. Overall very well equipped. Sound proofing between apartments great, never heard anyone else, same cannot be said for the road, see below. El Tarter much quieter overall than Soldeu where the rest of our group stayed. If you have an injured person with you (we had a lame daughter with a rugby injury): the Caldea Spa in La Vella is really worth a half day or two, just book in advance. Tweens and teens will love the shopping in La Vella too.

Puro Centro se encuentra en el centro de Escaldes-Engordany, a 16 km de Parque de atracciones Naturland y a 9 km de Santuari de Meritxell, y ofrece alojamiento con vistas a la ciudad. It was cozy, clean and wery beautifull, thanks❤️ 10/10
