My one-night stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I booked, the staff (especially the lovely lady at the front desk) went above and beyond. I was completely surprised and delighted to find a birthday cake waiting for me, and to top it off, they even upgraded my room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my birthday truly special.
