Marc was incredibly friendly and welcoming — he even gave us a mini tour of the building, which was a lovely touch! We left with a very positive impression of our stay. The breakfast was delicious. Reylof also includes a wellness pool and historic courtyard garden with terrace. Our stay at Pillows was easily one of the best we've ever experienced and we do travel quite often. From the rich history and stunning interiors to the sumptuous food and perfect location, every aspect of our visit was outstanding. However, it was the exceptional staff that truly set this hotel apart. (Anais, in particular, stands out, but all staff were incredibly kind and genuine.) Their attention to detail and dedication to customer service exceeded all expectations. We truly felt like we were coming home after each day of exploring the city. We can't recommend Pillows highly enough and look forward to returning in the future!
