The flat was beautifully decorated, offering all and beyond one would need for a holiday stay. It was clean and cosy, with great access to a private beach and a short walk to the emblematic sightseeings in Balchik and the central beach. The host was incredibly warm and helpful, staying in touch throughout our whole stay! Very kind and highly responsive. He helped us out with transport and provided extra goods on the way. This hotel was the best. The staff (receptionist, waiters, cleaning lady ...) were all so kind and humane. The room was clean, big, comfortable.
