The bed was large and comfortable, hot shower, AC worked well, tv and fridge in the room, pool was right outside our door! And these are just the basics. Cathy goes above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need during your stay. She drove us to the store for groceries, showed us all of the local restaurants near by (even though she also serves excellent food!) and offered to coordinate any tours or trips we wanted to take over the weekend. We ate breakfast here every morning and one dinner, each portion was large and breakfast included a French press to ourselves and fresh juice! Our stay truly felt like staying with family, we were so well taken care of for our last weekend in Belize. Thanks for everything Cathy and Vinny!

Our host provided such a great stay! The room was BEAUTIFUL with such nice decor; it felt so homey. There was a binder filled with pages of restaurants, sightseeing, and activities. Belize City isn’t the main spot for your Belize trip so we only stayed for one night before our flight home, but our host provided us with so much to do. Also bikes to rent at the property. Such a nice stay.

Chose to stay in San Pedro for the established dive shops, and probably will still prefer this to dive shops in Caye Caulker. Staff was super friendly and helpful, very responsive on texts. The room was amazingly HUGE for the price and comes super well equipped! Living room, small kitchen and separate bedroom, it was really lovely. Just a 3 mins walk to the beach, so pick up via one of the nearby jetty is convenient too if you were to go with dive shops further up the beach.

Located in San Pedro, 1.4 km from downtown and located on the beautiful Boca del Rio Beachfront, Hotel Del Rio provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. Friendly, helpful staff, very clean, comfortable room, great location and overall good vibe!

The property was very well taken care of and it has a great location on the island. Our unit was clean, had everything we needed, and the living space and bedrooms were comfy. All the air conditioning units worked well. We felt that our stay was a great value.

Robert and Becky the owners are gracious hosts and always willing to provide advice and help with planning trips. There are only three rooms here, we had the ground floor room which was very spacious although a little dark. Decoration is quite eclectic and unusual but very stylish. A comfortable bed and constant hot water provide the basics for a comfortable stay. The public areas have lots of seating options, two balconies and lots of books to peruse. For anyone wishing to just chill out in peaceful surroundings and close to nature (many birds in the large garden) it is just perfect. Dining options are limited so we had breakfast and dinner here on both nights. Food was excellent and Becky is always willing to accommodate dietary tastes.
