The owners were really lovely people and made us feel very much at home. They were very interested to talk to us bout our travels. During our stay, the lady welcomed us to message her with any requests that we might have. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was well equipped and had TV with satellite, WiFi, cooking facilities, clean bathroom and comfy beds. The widows also had shutters to shut out the light which made for a very nice sleep. We were waved off when we left which was truly lovely, we felt like family friends. Thanks to the owners for a lovely stay with them.

The zimmer is well equipped, clean, newly renovated and heated. The area is beautiful with mountains view (and snow at the right time of the year). Anuschka (the owner) is kind and caring. We highly recommend!

The apartment has everything a family needs for a few days of stay. The parking space is a plus. There are trams no. 7 and 8 and a bus 27 that can bring us to the old town. We can eat at home and prepare picnic for lunch.

I had an excellent experience with my stay! it felt a lot like home, the Hostess was very Kind and generous, she had upgraded our stay to a beautiful suite! the Breakfast was amazing, the room was dreamy! excellent friendly service that made me want to go there again! I appreciated the traditional Swiss feel & design about the hotel. And the Hostess was very caring to provide the best service, it was an excellent experience overall!

While a little small at first you come to find there is ample space between the corridor, kitchen, washroom and bed area. Daniela took care of the tiny touches. Things like extra towels, basic cooking amenities apart from good utensils covered oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, orange juice and more! The view from the room was beautiful, it was all in all a really cozy experience. Even finding an iron added a delight factor since we had a few crumpled clothes from all the suitcase stuffing :) the apartment is a 10 min walk from the train station which brought its own peace and quiet while also being very accessible to all the important areas. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. I would highly recommend apartment Lala. Daniela is a great hostess and you’re sure to have a cozy stay

The property is a beautiful house that makes you feel literally at home. When we booked a BnB with shared bathroom, even seeing the pictures, we couldn’t imagine it would be so warm, welcoming and comfortable. At the beginning it was a bit confusing to find the right door, but once we were there the owner treated us greatly, very attentive and always smiling, yet fully respectful with our privacy. Breakfast was great, all fresh and a good variety, all nicely presented (see pictures)

The room was very spacious with a great view. The breakfast was simple and good. Very cosy atmosphere. The staff was very helpful and kind. Especially Sonia who took care of every detail and question we had, and was very considerate, She even helped us with train booking.
