Our room was fantastic, located on the top floor with a breathtaking view of the Jungfrau. The stay was truly incredible and unforgettable. The staff were very friendly and always helpful, making us feel welcome. The location is excellent, close to many beautiful hiking areas. We also had dinner at the hotel, and it was delicious. It also features a new spa area. The room was really spacious with amazing mountain views. The location is very convenient, on Grindelwald's main street, close to the train station and cable cars, with lots of shops and restaurants around. The cleanliness was top notch. Ample counter space in the bathroom for all the toiletries. Breakfast was really good and they go the extra mile to include local cheese and bread. The staff was really friendly, they were very kind and were able to help us with an early check-in.
