Having a well-stocked kitchen is a big plus for a relatively expensive place like Neuchatel. The price of the apartment was also very low compared to almost all the hotels. The nice couple who manages the property were very kind, despite the language barrier. They checked me in despite coming in late at night.

She asked us what we preferred for breakfast and she made sure everything was prepared. Very nice coffee, the real one from an Italian-style coffee maker. We will be back if we happen to visit the area in the furure.

It's a truly cute historic hotel in a beautiful gorge I would never have found on my own. The rooms are nice, in a sort of historic-french decor. Breakfast is fantastic, nicely set, French bread, coffee to order, organic local yogurt, etc. Peaceful and quiet, a bucolic little river flowing by, walking trails, trees... it is all that it seems and more. Oh and fresh trout for dinner. What the French can do with a little butter, flour, lemon, and salt and pepper is amazing.

Lugar con excelente ubicación en un ambiente muy natural y de una calma muy relajante. El sonido de los pájaros y del agua que recorre el alrededor del hotel por su arroyo hace de la estancia un lugar muy agradable.
