You pay a lot for the place but at least you get what you pay. Great rooms, ac, bed and bathroom. The included airport shuttle bus is what made me choose it. I needed something for one night and the place was great. You think there’s nothing around but if you walk a little bit there are so many restaurants and bars around. The hotel is over a mall, if you go in the elevator down to the mall there is this bbq place (cat🐱 theme) with amaziiiiinnggg and cheap food, truly recommend it.

I want to give an extra thanks to Lucy at the reception who was very helpful with selecting the room, and thanks to the manager who helped us find my lost watch. We will definitely use this hotel in the future.

The Howard Johnson Paragon Hotel Beijing is situated in Beijing's East Chang'an Avenue, opposite and a 5-minute walk from Beijing Railway Station (also the subway station). The hotel offers 3 restaurants and free WiFi in all areas. Henderson Centre with lots of shopping and dining options is nearby. I booked 2 twin rooms and was amazed on how clean and wonderful the rooms where. Everything you need tea coffee even an iron ! We had great views of the station and the staff was super friendly .
