I had a great experience at the Langham Shenzhen. The hotel is top class, from the second you walk in, you feel like you made the right decision. All of the staff is nice, speaks great English, very polite and kind. The rooms are fantastic! Clean, large, cozy beds, etc. And the breakfast? First hotel in Shenzhen that I feel like I'm eating in Europe. Just great. They thought about everything, and even given us a late check out as our flight was delayed. I will definitely recommend this place and will be there again as soon as I'm back to Shenzhen. Special thanks to Ashley, the Front Desk Manager who was spot on for all our needs and made us feel at home.

I was really impressed by how clean the hotel is — both the room and the common areas were spotless. The location is excellent too, with everything I needed just a short walk away. What I loved the most was the rooftop terrace. I came here alone, and sitting on the terrace in this nice weather was extremely relaxing. With the breeze and the view, I could literally feel my mood getting better. It was such a peaceful and comfortable moment for me. The whole environment is quiet, the facilities are great, and the stay felt truly enjoyable.

The highest spec as far as hostels go. Very clean. Good air conditioning. Good shower. Comfortable beds. Pods were well designed. Staff were helpful, there were many, speaking English, making good coffee, good price. Good large common areas.
