Het Aroma Tea House (Former Jing Guan Ming Lou Museum Hotel) ligt in het centrum van de stad, recht tegenover Twee Rivieren en Vier Meren. The interior of the hotel captivated me at first sight, I'm a tea guy so I was definitely the target audience. The common area and dining space has great views on the city, the interior of the hotel is just mind blowing, and the best part was tea-making kit in the room in a separated corner of the room, high-quality black tea was provided. This is something I've never experienced before, at least not this high quality. I'll go back to Guilin, just to stay here again.

I have to start from words “I don’t have enough words” to explain how amazing was our stay in this lovely place. So, I will try. Manager and owner Kate very nice and kind person. She helped us to make reservations for many attractions. Also she always been in touch with us, provided information about interesting spots, food places, tickets etc. Big bonus - Kate can speak English very well. Kate’s mom had cooked breakfast and lunch for us and it was really amazing, I literally felt in love with simple homemade Chinese food thanks to her 😍 Location is very good. Very quiet at night. And the same time just few steps away from ferry, then a couple of minutes by boat and you are in the middle of hustle and bustle West Street. Guest house itself is very nice, reception is interesting decorated. Washing machine and free detergent are available on the roof top. Free water bottles at the reception. Rooms and bathrooms are big. We had balcony room and the river view was great. So, I definitely can recommend to book this place. You will never regret for sure. Thank you again Kate! Lovely terrace, owner spoke good english and was very helpful and attentive, i was even invited to join his friends for dinner one night. The food was delicious and biiig portions.

Located in Yangshuo, The Bamboo Leaf Yangshuo offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. Alles was gewoon top. We kunnen het iedereen aanraden. Super vriendelijk personeel, staan steeds voor je klaar. Geweldige tijd gehad. Wij hebben elke dag zowel 's morgens als 's avonds in Bamboo Leaf gegeten. Super lekker!

The staff at Guilin HeShe Lakeside Resort are beyond phenomenal. Melody and her team assisted my grandparents as if they were family. Besides the most amazing staff team, the surrounding views and scenery in this area is breathtaking, the rooms are just as seen on photos, and the room views are one of a kind. Melody and her team provided not only a place for my grandparents to stay, but a lasting memory of Guilin and the people you can potentially meet along your travels. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, don’t second guess, just book! You will not be disappointed! Thank you Guilin HeShe Lakeside Resort, my grandparents are so thankful for your hospitality.
