Het is lang geleden dat ik zulk professioneel en gemotiveerd hotelpersoneel heb gezien, complimenten! Verder heeft het hotel een super fijne locatie en kun je prima naar La Candelaria lopen, wat als toerist wel een van dag hoogtepunten van Bogotá is. De kamers zijn net gerenoveerd en zien er fantastisch uit, zijn super comfortabel en echt heel schoon. Het ontbijt en het eten in het restaurant zijn heerlijk. Faciliteiten zoals het zwembad zijn heel erg fijn, het zwembad is heerlijk warm. We zijn echt super tevreden met ons verblijf hier en waren graag langer gebleven! Fantastisch!

Very safe and nice location in Bogotá, it was located close to nice restaurants and very easy to get Ubers into the centre to do the touristy bits and bobs. The room was nice and modern with everything we needed. Very accommodating and looked after our luggage after check out which is always nice
