The food at La Tigra is simply amazing, with each dish crafted with care and attention to detail. From the quality and diversity of the menu to the beautiful presentation of the plates, it was a culinary delight at every meal. Our room was beyond amazing, boasting a stunning view of the jungle that made us feel like we were in a dream. Not only were the rooms impeccably clean, but we were pleasantly surprised to find warm water—a luxury in the midst of the rainforest. The entire experience felt surreal and truly special, something we know we'll never forget. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensuring that our every need was met. Their genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the frog tour, which we had the pleasure of experiencing twice—once in rain and once in dry weather. Each time was a unique and magical encounter with Costa Rica's incredible biodiversity. The journey to La Tigra was an adventure in itself, with the scenic drive requiring a 4x4 vehicle and a leisurely pace. But the anticipation of what awaited us at the lodge made it all the more exciting. In conclusion, La Tigra Rainforest Lodge surpassed all our expectations and left us with memories that will last a lifetime. It truly was the most memorable stay of our trip, and we can't wait to return someday.

The patio with the view on the arenal volcano is really nice to chill. The gardens on the property are very beautiful and you can see different animals too. The swimming pool was a nice bonus.
