Very nice hybrid concept of a hotel with breakfast but you can use the kitchen and facilities during the day. Fantastic spacious rooms with very comfortable beds and exceptionally clean, you could eat from the floor. Warm showers and great location to do sightseeing. This is 100% owned by locals who put their heart and soul into it. Definitely would recommend.

Gorgeous property. The property was exactly as in the pictures. The entire property was so clean and so well maintained. The communication with management and property staff were top notch. They responded anytime day or night. The building was safe with security cameras and secure front gate door with coded entry. The Wifi was better than my Rogers at home in Ontario Canada. Fully functional kitchen made cooking some meals a breeze.

You couldn’t wish for better hosts and room/ garden / kitchen facilities / location and maybe I was lucky but all the other guests ( maximum of 12 ,at a time ) were amazing people . My 10 days were making great new friends , very kind and genuine people seem to gravitate to this beautiful hotel . You will see monkeys in the trees and wake to their howls & the bird life and that’s it , no road noise , leisurely coffee and breakfast then onto your day :) Absolutely faultless , highly highly recommend . I felt very comfortable and at home at Casa Terra. It was always very clean. Also, I enjoyed being surrounded by nature and since it was not on the main road, it was really quiet at night. The walk to the beach is about 8 minutes, the walk downtown around 15 minutes. The volunteers Constance and Carolina as well as the owners were always happy to help with questions and organizing tours and often hung out with us at the hostel. I can fully recommend staying there.
