Very calm location with close proximity to the lake (10 minute walk), the facilities were clean and well kept. The room was spacious and light. There is a shared kitchen area with all the things you might need. The host is very friendly and jolly and helped us with everything we needed. There is a large parking lot, so parking is not a problem either. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

The sauna was excellent. The friendly owner provided extra BBQ equipment, making our stay even more enjoyable. Surrounded by stunning scenery, it’s just a short trip to Munich’s city center. We all loved the property, my teens loved the style, my parents loved the ease of use and layout and we loved the balcony, the quiet evenings (it’s very quiet), the facilities and the beds. There’s an ice cream parlour and little square just under the balcony which is lovely, and a bakery and bus stop within 3 minutes walk. The crockery, kitchen equipment, bedding and towels were lovely, and it was a great size for 6 people. You could have 8 but if they were all adults then you might find it a bit tight relaxing - plenty of beds and space at the table though. The hosts were great at communicating and got back to us really quickly when we had a couple of questions. We had no car so it was a bit of a walk to the S Bahn and shop, and down to the lake, but we were expecting that. Things to be aware of (not bad points just might affect your group) there are steep steps up to the property (not a huge issue but my mum found them a bit challenging)
