I have never seen such a well-provided apartment in all my years of travel.... 11/10 without any doubt. A very short walk gets you to a supermarket and/or bar. A pleasant 10/15 minute walk takes you over the river into the city centre where a great choice of restaurants, shops and bars can be found. The River has a lovely walkway, and of course, the Munster is fantastic.
