Our spacious and comfortable rooms are nicely furnished with all modern facilities and Spa. The room was clean and nice, very comfortable. Christine was very friendly and nice, she so helpful. We have a nice stay.

During the day, you can watch the boats drifting by, and at night, the lights of the village give off such a peaceful, magical vibe. It’s located on a small island, which makes it super calm and relaxing. There’s even a little farm! It’s eco-friendly, pet-friendly, and Zaazouaa (the sweetest welcome committee ever) greets every guest as they arrive.

Room is small and dark, but it s part of the Nubian architecture.The best hotel of that village, i found myself very lucky to have picked that hotel, as a solo female traveller, I felt in total security and wish I stayed longer.

The prices are fair for the food provided. A very special thank you to Menshawe, who was extremely hospitable and helped to make my stay extra special. He was very kind, and taught me a lot about elephantine island and the people who live there. Aswan is truly a beautiful and tranquil destination on the Nile river, and your stay at King Mena will provide you with the best views to see the amazing landscapes and sunsets

The hotel was just as expected—designed in a Nubian style. The rooms were distinctive, beautiful, clean, and safe. The staff were lovely and took great care of us, especially Ali, who coordinated everything and recommended various tourist spots. We were most impressed by him. Ali became like a friend and younger brother to me. We truly felt happy with the warm welcome from the owner and his daughter. Everything, including the ride and the sunset trip to Abu Simbel Temple, was wonderful. They were very kind and friendly—this place felt like a second home to us. The food was delicious, especially the omelet, which reminded us of home after being away for over seven days. Highly recommended—everything was truly excellent and won’t disappoint.
