This property is in the ideal location for access to the old town and also the rest of Puerto del Carmen. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with lots of brand new equipment.The hosts were easily accessible and brilliant to deal with. Playa Chica, Playa Fariones and Playa Grande are all easily accessible

Villa was absolutely fantastic Very clean and Marcia was at hand all the time nothing was a problem for her very professional . I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. As for location it’s possibly a little bit out but when you can get a taxi for 3 or 4 euros to the centre of town it’s ideal.

I found Fayna to be great value for money,staff very friendly it's very clean,nice bar cheap enough drinks I didn't eat in so canny comment on food,the pool area was good plenty of beds most the time although some people did leave towels out in morning then leave for the day which i cannot for the life of me fathom.anyway its in a great location and i would love to stay there again

The location of property was ideal as it is close by to everything you need. Staff are very friendly and the rooms were spotless.

Basic apartments but spotlessly clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Location is ideal, just around the corner from the strip. Spar supermarket straight across the road. Facilities for washing and drying clothes. We were in 413 and absolutely no noise at night. Highly recommend the Elena.

This apartment was 5 stars, it had absolutley everything you would need for your week away from home, it was very modern in a great location and was spotless, it has a stunning balcony with seaviews ideal for eating out.

The apartment was clean and serviced every two days with clean towels etc. The complex and pool area was very clean. The location was ideal just 5 mins walk to the sea front.

This hotel is very clean, comfortable & an excellent location. It was spotless. I had a balcony and lovely sea view. It was ideal for exploring this beautiful city. I didn't use the food aa ate out. Also the bed was v comfy.
