Very clean. Central location- ideal for bars and restaurants

The location was great! I didn’t expect much as it was so cheap but it was great! Had a cute little balcony overlooking the street, was very clean with good facilities and the staff were friendly. My friends stayed at a different hotel down the road and paid a lot more for a lower quality. Would recommend

We only saw one member of staff, as we checked in after 8PM. The room we had was large, very clean and comfortable for our requirements as we only stayed for one night. There was coffee making facilities, which we didn't use, We didn't require breakfast, as we left very early the next morning. Location was ideal for our needs, close to family and less than 2 minutes from the station, it is even ideal as a budget hotel further from the center.

Really spacious for 17 girls, perfect number of bathrooms, very clean and the balcony was so handy! Location is great and very ideal to roam the city

It was a nice clean apartment and the host was very pleasant and helpful. There was everything that you needed for short stay, all in 100% condition and spotlessly clean. It was a 5 minute walk to the metro and buses so location was very good, we got the metro back to the airport and it was only 6 euros each, It was a lot more in the taxi from the airport, so check out the metro first, if you’re on a budget

The staff were excellent, really helpful and catering towards our needs. The location was ideal for a short stay in Madrid. Room was very clean and got towels and bedding changed even though we were only there for two nights. 10/10

Everything was nice. It was very clean and comfortable. Apartment is really affordable. We were a little bit worried as we saw in the comments that a lot of people had a problem with wifi at main door, but for us everything was smooth. Location is very nice, metro station is near, bus station, market... Behind is really nice promenade. Very satisfied.

Excellent location and value for money in the centre of Madrid. It was spotlessly clean, quiet at night and the bed was very comfortable. It wasn't luxury, but for our budget it was ideal. Also nice to have a fridge and kettle too.

I was pleasantly surprised. Despite being cheap, the room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The shared bathroom was also spotless, and the location was ideal 5 min from metro. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this affordable accommodation for anyone visiting Madrid.
