Hotel Île De Lumière ligt op Ile d'Oleron en biedt directe toegang tot het strand. Het heeft een buitenzwembad, een tennisbaan en vele andere faciliteiten. The room was excellent, clean, comfortable and lovely decor. The pool looked wonderful, but a little too cold for a swim.

Numerous restaurants, cafes, bakeries and shops around. The rooms are equipped with everything needed. The staff is very friendly. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommendable.

The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. The location is ideal — close to the main sights, restaurants, and shops, yet quiet enough to relax peacefully. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would be happy to come back again.

Absolutely clean and comfortable, We (family of 4) would stay more days if not going so far on my journey. This is in my favorite list when I get back in this route. The bed was so nice and the flat is incredible with lights coming in, when we woke up we had an amazing view from the bosque.
