We loved everything about the property. The bed was so comfortable, sheets were good quality and the staff were beyond friendly. David is a gem! We arrived early before check in and left our luggage. When we got back, our bags had already been brought to our room! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. A little bit away from the main attractions but not as far as you may think looking at a map. Maybe an extra metro stop or 2 or a couple of extra bus stops. Found the location still very central and it was very nice to get away from the noise and busy at night. Very safe nice neighbourhood. Amazing Italian restaurant only a 10 minute walk- Carvelle’s. Travel with my daughter and felt very safe. 100% would recommended. We moved to a different hotel close to the Eiffel Tower for the last 2 nights of our trip and we actually preferred 1.75. The metro was close, the bus was closer. Very easy RER ride to and from the airport. If we come back to Paris, will stay here for sure.

Clean rooms with all facilities. A small park in the front is a great addition. Staff is very cordial. I paid for breakfast but missed it. They kindly returned back the money which says a lot about how the facility treats its guests. Extremely pleased.
