Nicest staff ever, very attentive, friendly and trying to help all the time! I never expected to be so kindly treated in a budget hotel. The room was very clean, with a nice partial view to the sea, bathroom was spacious, location was great, just a couple of steps from the beach and from a tram stop, great pizza place next door, not too far from the airport.

Very good location to explore Nice and only a few minutes walk from Promenade des Anglais and less than 20 mins walk from tram station Alsace - Lorraine . Apartment was spotlessly clean , comfortable bed , plenty of towels to use and ideal for a couple . We had very good correspondence with the owner .

I couldn't wish for a better location, in the heart of everything, markets, the beach, restaurants, museums but in a small and very beautiful square with lots of trees and surrounded by typical provencal buildings. My room was spotless clean and had all the basic amenities, my opinion is that it is the best value for money in the area and I'd definitely book it again.

The hotel is wonderful, run by the most lovely woman - Charlotte - who really makes you feel at home & like a special guest at the same time. The location is great, breakfast was delicious with a wide choice on the buffet. The rooms were spotlessly clean & very comfortable. The pool is also very clean & warm. There are numerous places to just sit & chill with a book & the drink of your choice. Also there is a cute dog!

Perfect central location, ideal for a couple, clean, well equipped kitchen, comfortable large bed, spotless fresh white linen and towels, very quiet at night for the location. The host was informative about places of interest, etc.. Parking was easy, a few minutes walk to large secure car park. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Very nice hotel with a perfect location in Nice. Close to shops and restaurants. Really enjoyed the hotel, it was perfect as a budget alternative. Always worry about the cleaning when booking cheaper hotels but this was perfect, very clean!
