We had a really nice stay with a beautiful view of mountains and greenery around! Staff at the hotel and restaurant were really friendly to us and to our dog. The spa was a great touch during our long hours drive from France to Germany. We hope to come back again to discover the nature around the area in the future. Highly suggesting the restaurant as well!

For the city centre, it's a bit further and the walk there is not the nicest (you have to cross the highway), not something inherently negative but you just need to be aware.

The rooms have an 80 cm flat-screen TV with cable channels and free Wi-Fi. The bathrooms have a walk-in shower and private toilet. Lovely breakfast. Clean hotel rooms. Staff were really nice. Even let us use their shower after we came back from the TMB despite not staying there that night. Great place.

Trato perfecto , intentando hablar en castellano con nosotros , trato personal y cercano , si quieres tranquilidad en el centro de chamonix con aparcamiento en la misma puerta este es tu sitio , sin duda repetire

It was my first time in Lyon, and this place is just excellent. Every staff there is so wonderful ❤️ 💖 💕 and very professional. It was like they knew before. The room, facilities, amenities, dining area are all exceptionally neat 👌. The young gentleman who was looking after tables in the dining area was so pleasant and friendly. The location of the hotel is very perfect - near the big shopping centre and not very far away from the big train station. The gentleman and lady who welcomed me on Friday night were very professional, understanding and very accommodating. The two ladies who assisted me Saturday morning were so great 👍 and friendly. I am telling my friends and colleagues about the warmth, cleanliness and homely nature of this hotel so that they can also come there next time they visit Lyon.
