She quickly called a restaurant for us to ensure they could accommodate us that evening. We had a wonderful breakfast and then a quick swim in the lovely pool before heading out. They also had a play set that was perfect for our toddler. The room was modern and comfortable. The bathroom was modern and we loved the shower.

One has the feeling of living in the guest rooms of newly renovated chateau. The bathroom is spacious with a wonderful walk-in shower and two sinks. The kitchen is very well-equipped for those who insist on cooking for themselves (we didn't), but we could have. The bed was very comfortable. The owner lives in the building and met us and kept in contact, discretely, offering advice. An underground parking garage is around the corner and one can obtain a reasonably priced pass for several days from the attendant (during working hours).

Excellent hosts who went the extra mile to help us. Even booked us in to a local restaurant for the evening. Interesting area to visit the coast with an ancient funicular tram up the chalk coastal cliffs.
