There is a water mill inside the house! There are footpaths right there and if you are a Jane Austen fan, it is only a little over a mile walk to Box Hill, site of a pivotal scene in Emma. FYI you can also drive to Box Hill if walking is an issue. The owners are lovely people. I would recommend spending the extra for the full breakfast as it was very good

Holm Oaks Cottage está a 8,7 km de Circuito de pruebas Top Gear y a 19 km de Frensham Great Pond and Common, y dispone de wifi gratis y jardín. This was the perfect location for us as we were near relatives we were visiting and loved the easy access to some lovely walking trails.

Sue was the most loveliest heartwarming host, I didn’t expect her to be so amazing she went above and beyond to help and accommodate me last minute- she is so friendly and the cabin is so clean and cosy.

The service was amazing, friendly and welcoming. We had a very late check-in for our last minute booking, due to a cancellation of our flights at Gatwick. The apartment was very well appointed, with large rooms and comfortable beds. It was an oasis after a stressful evening at the airport.
