Located within 400 metres of Livadakia Beach and 15 km of Serifos Old Mines, Petteo Serifos provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Livadakia. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. We loved everything about Petteo. Accomodation included a spatious room with a view to the sea, quiet and modern with all the amenities included. Our room was cleaned everyday. Our excellent hosts organized a pickup from the port and provided space for our luggage before and after our stay. Location was great, just 10min walking distance to the center of Livadi (small up/downhill) and 5 minutes to the beach (we used a motorbike for our commuting needs). Overall an excellent stay, highly recommended!

The property has inner courtyard views. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. It was very nice and friendly. The owner was always there and he was willing to help us with anything. It’s a very nice and quiet place. The room was very clean. We had a nice time there.

The views were incredible - right on the water - and the unit was extremely clean and had all the necessities we could ask for. Featuring a private bathroom with a hairdryer, rooms at the hotel also feature free WiFi, while selected rooms also boast a mountain view. Katarina and her husband were absolutely wonderful! They were very helpful and went out of their way to provide everything we needed. Katarina even helped us call to have dinner delivered one night. Each morning they brought us a little breakfast item and they were all delicious. The location was directly on the beach, in a quiet corner of the bay. It was about 15-20 minutes walking to the port. I would absolutely book with Kyma Studios again.

The apartment was better in real life than in the pictures. Everything was great: from welcoming Elena who gave me the keys and brief info on the beaches and the bus, to the sheep I could hear in the mornings while drinking coffee in the apartment's garden. The apartment was clean, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There were a few books that I liked content-wise ( I read 2 of them at the beach). I even liked the soap (I rarely like hotel soaps). The location was perfect - close to the port, the local bus station, the central beaches and bars & restaurants.

Aldo, Kiri, Alex, Sophie, lots of love for you all. From the very beginning, they welcomed us with the utmost energy and enthusiasm. The location is stunning, right in front of the literal sea, in a privileged area with crystal-clear waters. The room was perfect—comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Dining at De Alexandros taverna was a delight; the food was absolutely delicious. This has been one of the best vacation experiences we've ever had in our lives. Highly recommended!

Just 80 metres from Livadakia Beach, the Cycladic-style Serifos Palace features self-catered accommodation and a seafront restaurant. Free transfer from Livadi Port and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided. Everything was wonderful, Mr Kyriakos is an amazing host, he got us breakfast, offered a ride from and to the port. The rooms are cozy and spotless clean. The location is great near the beach.
