Edgar and Ivone are so lovely and helpful, we felt right at home. We got advice on things to do locally and instructions on how to get to the local fruit market. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice. Nice hot shower. I'd really recommend this place. Thanks Edgar and Ivone for making our last day in Guatemala proof of the Wonderful hospitality of the people.

The owner was very helpful, the area was beautiful and very well kept. I would love to come back and stay for a longer period of time because the view was immaculate. Thank you to the owner for all the information about the area and also he helped me get in contact with a tour guide for a volcano hike.

Marcela, the host, accommodated us and also replied quickly to all of my enquiries. We had to find an accommodation at the last minute because one of our guests got sick and we had to cancel our plans of leaving Guatemala City. Marcela received us and also gave us a similar apartment in the same complex when we decided to extend our stay. The location is fantastic. You can walk to Paseo Cayalá if you want. The apartment has everything you need should you want to cook, including some basic pantry items, like coffee, sugar, salt, oil, etc. There are also some amenities in the apartment complex, like a gym, a yoga room, a pool, etc. Overall very nice stay and what we needed to recover.

I arrived into Guatemala quite late at night but the host was very helpful with my arrival. It was nice to have a hot shower, clean room & comfortable bed after my long journey. The area was quiet & I had a very good sleep. Breakfast and coffee was included & was very nice. The host helped me arrange a shuttle to Lake Atitlan for the next day :)
