The room was new, spacious, and very clean. The owners are incredibly kind and love their dogs (and puppies!) - dog lovers will feel right at home here. There’s no AC, but the cool nights made it perfectly comfortable. The Wi-Fi runs on Starlink, so the connection was strong. And the food… absolutely amazing - probably the best we had in all of Sumba! Don’t miss their famous lobster soup!

Starting by the food which was incredible delicious, over to an amazing staff which were super kind, carrying and attention to the customers needs. The place itself is very quite and very unique. We absolutely recommend this place to everyone.

Iwan, the manager of the resort, picked us up from the airport. He speaks English well and very friendly. So upon our arrival till departure, all the staffs there, Iwan, Orfi and Angel, were so helpful and tried to make our stay convenient, and to this, we may say they did a super job. 👏👏👏

Umarato Villa Sumba tiene piscina al aire libre, jardín, salón de uso común y terraza en Rua. It takes about 1.5 hour from the nearest airport. In a secluded area. But when we arrive, we are greeted with such amazing view! Nice property, secluded and tranquil. We are facilitated with full service, and our children comfort is well taken care off. They are super happy because they can harvested their own vegetable to table. They are building new properties, single unit villas with their own private pools and facilities. Perfect for future romantic escape. Not to forget to mention their exceptional restaurant, Umanga'a. We have a top notch dinning experience celebrating our Wedding Anniversary. We would love to going back to Umarato in our future holiday.

Hars Garden Sumba está en Waingapu y ofrece jardín. Hay parking privado gratis y el alojamiento dispone de servicio de traslado de pago para ir o volver del aeropuerto. Todo me gustó mucho. Desde que llegas te sientes bienvenido porque Hars es un verdadero host 10*, su amabilidad y sonrisa me encantó nada más conocerle y aunque llegué muy tarde me había preparado la cena. El alojamiento es sencillo y cómodo con una amplia y cómoda cama. El baño muy completo. El desayuno sabroso y saludable. Las vistas maravillosas. No necesita ni aire acondicionado porque se duerme con las puertas abiertas y fresco. Muy recomendable por la relación calidad/precio y cercanía a Waingapu, además te alquila su scooter para ir a la playa walakiri o dónde quieras ir.
