We arrived ridiculously early and the staff worked hard to get a room ready despite being almost fully booked. This hotel isn’t just about luxury—it’s about warmth, comfort, and an impeccable attention to detail and as a guest you feel genuinely appreciated. The facilities are excellent, from the spotless rooms to the beautifully maintained pool, which is a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The hotel has a restful, spa-like atmosphere. Friends in Bhubaneswar who were in other hotels were envious of our choice. What truly sets The Crown apart, though, is its people. The staff here don’t just do their jobs—they brighten your day. A special mention must go to Aminesh in the restaurant, who ensures every meal is a delight. Mohini and her reception team deal with every request effortlessly. And then there’s Amar, our chauffeur, whose care and knowledge made our half-day trip to the temples even more memorable. This hotel is one of the best we’ve stayed in. The food, the ambience, the facilities, the room - everything was excellent and in a completely different class than the other hotels that I staid in in Bhubaneswar. And all that for a only slightly higher price than the other hotels in Bhubaneswar.
