First of all, the entire staff is extremely welcoming, friendly and attentive. The hotel is amazing, with great views and located right across the road from the entrance to Petra, so extremely convenient! The breakfast is by far the best we tried in Jordan, it has everything! The room was spacious and the bathrooms as well. Everything is impecable clean. The pool and hot jacuzzi, and the whole rooftop area were also amazing and ideal after a long day walking around Petra. The gym has brand new equipment and literally everything you need for a good workout. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and would 100% chooses it again if I ever go back to Petra.

Definitely, the best accomodation that we had during our trip to Jordan. Starting with the staff, through the food, ending with available terrace, everything was perfect. The receptions were super helpful and open. They helped us plan tour around Petra and prepared really huge magluba for a dinner.

The hotel is only a five minute walk from the bus station and visitors centre for Petra which was really great! We spent two days exploring Petra thanks to all of the helpful tips the owner gave us. Without him we probably would not have known which routes to take and missed out on little Petra and the monastery. The room was beautiful with a stunning balcony and view, clean bathrooms and comfortable bed. The staff were so helpful and kind. We loved relaxing here in the evenings after a day of exploring! Breakfast was so delicious and located on the top floor so we could have a beautiful view while we ate! I would recommend this hotel to anybody looking to enjoy a stay in Petra!

The camp is beautiful, different from any other camp we've seen and the staff are absolutely wonderful. Maria is a great chef and Ahmad and Muhammad were very helpful and attentive. We got a room upgrade free of charge which was a nice surprise. Location is walking distance from little Petra so it was away from the noise of the city which is exactly what we wanted! Will definitely come back, thank you for the amazing stay :)

The campground provides mountain views, a sun terrace, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. Wonderful welcome. Immaculate environment. Beautiful nature. An incredibly calm environment where we only listened to the sound of the wind. Dinner was incredibly delicious and varied. We will not forget the 'welcome Turkey' of my beautiful brother from Yemen who offered unlimited tea flavored with Artemisia. And the Bedouin tea and smiling face of dear Bilal in the valley.

Transportation is available upon request to/from any location in Jordan at an added charge. Excellent stay before visiting Petra. The room was nice, clean, spacious, the hotel manager kind and helpful. What can you wish more?
