Very good location near convenient shops and eateries, large enough space for the 5 of us, free parking. They also let you pick as many free amenities as you want and we had a set of pajamas each.

My kids, wife and I have crowned it the highlight of our trip!

Guest House 来夢 está en Otaru, a 4 min a pie de Estación de tren Otaru, y dispone de servicio de conserjería, habitaciones libres de humo, jardín, wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento y salón de uso... The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming and really personalised our experience from pouring us tea during our check in process and being really thorough about the facilities in their guest house. If you want recommendations they are also happy to try their best even with the english language barrier to help out and make recommendations. Overall the guesthouse is extremely clean and good value for money. The location is great with a bus stop put the front to the aquarium and the station and main strip within Otaru within walking distance. I would 100% stay here again coming back to Otaru just to see Kimi and Kuna they are wonderful people

Tabist Kitami Athlete Stays está en Kitami, a 43 km de Tokyo University of Agriculture y a 44 km de Abashiri Port. The staff were super friendly and responsible. They used a translation app and really tried their best to explain everything to us. The public bath was great.

Conveniently just around the corner of Susukino station on the Namboku line, just 2 stops from Sapporo station. Sitting on top of a mall complex, you also have access to anything you might need. A very comfortable room with a large window front offering a fantastic view over Sapporo and the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was delicious as well and you also have a great view of the streets below.

Jozankei Onsen Yurakusoan está en Jozankei, a 27 km de Estación de Sapporo y a 32 km de Estación de tren Shin-Sapporo. Ofrece alojamiento con spa y centro de bienestar y parking privado gratis. The room was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The staff were friendly, helpful, and could communicate in basic English. There were accessible and detailed instructions for the public, private, and in-room Onsen. The 4 private outdoor Onsen (first come first serve) were lovely and peaceful. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast were delicious and filling. There are complimentary frozen snacks in the lounge area. Free shuttle bus service available upon request with the ryokan. We were fortunate to be added to the list last minute (the day before departure) from Jozankei to Sapporo, but would recommend contacting the Ryokan in advance to reserve. The public buses between Sapporo and Jozankei (e.g. 8J and 7J) can get quite crowded, which can make traveling with luggage challenging.

Tower eleven hotel está en Kitahiroshima, a 12 km de Estación de tren Shin-Sapporo y a 23 km de Estación de Sapporo. The staff were absolutely incredible; we had to have our bags shipped down to Osaka due to smaller stops in Tokyo and Mt Fuji (too short to be able to guarantee the bags would arrive on time) which is a crazy distance. The ladies at the Information Centre were able to explain the process for this and even drew us a map to get to the shuttle bus to the train station and encouraged us to take a jacket and do a practice walk the night before. The tour we booked was also fantastic, and the food and local beer was great too. The room was incredible; it was so affordable for the space you're given and relaxing in the onsen overlooking the ballpark was an unforgettable experience, they even have snacks and a bar! Everyone we came across was so lovely, even other people staying were interested to hear about our trip as it's not a common place to find foreigners.

Lake Toya Tsuruga Resort HIKARINOUTA se encuentra en Lago Toya, a 3,8 km de Lago de Toya, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, restaurante y bar. Dinner and breakfast were amazing both French and Japanese. We are vegetarian so chef prepared special meals for us. The best rooms are in floors 3 and 4 where you have open view of the lake. We don’t recommend taking the deluxe rooms as there are only 2, and you might end up in the second floor with partial view of the lake.
