The service we received from the reception was stellar. We travel with small children and even had to spontaneously see a doctor and the staff was always eager to help. Room was very clean and modern. We loved the location close to Chinatown and the harbour with direct metro access. I was visiting a.conference at the Pacifico but the surroundings here have more history than there.

Thank you for hospitality and lovely stay in your hotel. As always, Fairfield by Marriott offers simple, but well designed quality rooms, spotless clean environment and professional staff. I enjoyed the location away from the city centre with nice mountain view. Shuttle service to and from Nikko Tobu Station is great, however taxis were also available as well for reasonable 1000 yen fee.
