Extremely beautifully designed building with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff is very kind and smiling all the time. Perfect location, 7 min from Hakone yumoto train station on foot. Excellent and delicious minimalist breakfast. Nice tea selection for free. Designated smoking are just makes you want to smoke :). Close to bus stop for routes needed for sightseeing. Didnt feel like leaving the building, thats how pretty it is. Would definitely stay there again!

There is a gym, self service luggage room, and self check-in/out. We stayed in the residential double room, and it was the perfect choice for longer stays as there is a well-equipped kitchenette (utensils, pots/pans, stovetop, rice cooker, fridge/freezer, etc) and laundry wash/dryer with detergent in the room. The rooms are beautifully designed with calming light wood tones, with high end furnishings including a Toto Neorest toilet! There was ample closet and storage space, as well as space to relax and place out luggage. This may be one of the best rooms we’ve stayed in, and we have been to 20+ hotels in Japan. Cleaning staff did an excellent job keeping the rooms spotless and tidy, and reception staff were efficient and polite. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay in Yokohama! We hope to be back again!

Super lieve eigenaresse! Heel behulpzaam en alles gedacht. Hele plattegrond getekend op de muur. Kamers waren netjes en schoon. Dichtbij een metro station en gunstig in het midden van de stad.

The location of this hotel was spectacular, in the heart of SHIBUYA with so many shops and restaurants in walking distance. The room’s size was pretty good , absolutely clean and cozy .. but what I liked the most about this hotel was the staff. Probably the best customer service I’ve had not only in Tokyo but in any country I’ve ever been to , the service was so good that we had another plan to change hotels after 5 days but we decided to cancel the other hotel’s reservation and extend our stay at indigo. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful and made our stay 10 times better 🙏🏻

The hotel had a service apartment feel. There was a microwave oven in the room and there were many drawers in the new closets. There was also a guest lounge on the 7th floor and coffee is served there as well as in the waiting room on the ground floor. The gym was free to use and it was adequately equipped.

I really appreciate their unconditional love for families. I will forever cherish the way they treated me and my kids , if you are ever visiting Tokyo. This is the only place you would want to stay. No other hotel in Tokyo will go above and beyond like HOTEL KAIE EAST SIDE. THANK 😊 🙏 YOU TO THE WHOLE STAFF FOR MAKING MY MEMORIES IN TOKYO WONDERFUL I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL.
