After spending a few days in Japan and sleeping on weird pillows that seemed to be filled with rice, this bed and pillow felt like heaven to me. The shuttle to the airport is a nice plus. Incredible location ( and I spent a long time worrying about where to book!) Walking distance to so many areas and about 5mins walk to Namba station. Shops, little arcades and restaurants right outside the door of the hotel, as well as 7eleven, so close, and Lawsons, too, so no need to have to use the metro with tired children, at night! Spacious room ( one bed family loft with bunk beds) with excellent sound proofing. Amazing board game area and general hotel games -cute idea. Laundry facilities were so handy. Staff were so welcoming and helpful. Would 100% stay again if we’re lucky enough to return to Osaka.

The toilet has temperature controls for the water and the air! Makes showering in winter very comfortable!

The hotel is amazing, located near a subway station or 15 minutes walking to Dotonbori area, the location is also great because the hotel is not exactly on a main road so it's very quiet at night. The staff was exceptional providing us with everything we needed. The room is very clean and modern. The bed is exceptionally confortable, they provide you with all amenities you need (toothbrush, hair brush, razors, eye pads, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner etc.) I highly recommed staying here for as long as you need!
