The hotel was exceptional as expected, The floor was clean and we can only walk bare foot around the building. The quality of the food (breakfast and noodles) were very good and totally worth it. There were a lot of high quality food available for breakfast. The public bath was small but there were all the facilities needed. The sauna and cold water bath were perfect after a long day of travel. The rooms were larger that expected and could fit two fully opened large luggages easily. The rooms were cozy and the single beds were very large and comfortable. It was near the Sendai station and the large shopping street so it was very convenient. One of the best hotel chain and will definitely book this chain of hotel when it is available.

It was easy to comunicate with the staff as they spoke perfect English. For breakfast we had to choose Western style set or Japanese style. We liked everything about our stay. Highly recommend!

Private parking is available on site. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The room and common areas were very pleasant. I had a very relaxing time at this hotel. The location is ideal, in downtown Aomori. The staff is attentive and answered my questions kindly. If I have the opportunity to return to Aomori, I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

The rooms were beautiful and clean and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. They had a cancellation for a suite the night we got there so they gave us an upgrade free of charge. I got a delicious, special vegan breakfast (aswell as a regular breakfast for my boyfriend) served to our doorstep in the morning. The hotel is a quick 10min taxi away from the Hirosaki park & castle. The staff and owner were extremely kind to us, we would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back again!
