Dary so so helpful, I needed to Vietnam the next night and she helped me get everything from a bus to a tuktuk to the border. Helped get a kayaking tour and motorbike rental. The room was great and the bathroom/shower wonderful.

Absolutely loved this charming hotel. Amazing staff. Alex was exceptional with his attention to detail and advice about Kratie. Rooftop patio offered stunning view of sunset. Common areas were tastefully decorated with treasured pieces with stories to tell. The room itself was exceptionally spacious, modern and extremely comfortable. The shower was lovely. The hotel is located in a very central area. Easy to walk around the city and explore the market. Bikes were readily available and in very good shape. All in all would highly recommend this hotel. Definitely planning to stay here again on my next trip to Kratie!

They even lent me a bike free of charge to explore the city and shared delicious mangoes fresh from their own garden. If you're looking not just for a place to stay, but a true home away from home, this is it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this special experience – I will definitely return.
