Het waren superlieve, aardige mensen die alles voor ons deden. De sfeer was geweldig. Het ontbijt prima en het avondeten erg lekker. We hebben enorm genoten. Oh ja, en ga zeker naar de markt en boek een tuktuk dagtocht. Zo leuk het tripje met de eigenaar.

Privada Lodge - Historic Hotel heeft een tuin, een gedeelde lounge, een restaurant en een bar in Kratie. Absolutely loved staying here in Kratié! Such a great spot for a first time visit. Feels homey with just 3 rooms, and just above the market where you can enjoy the street views from the super cool rooftop lounge and the balconies. The building is lovingly restored, retaining its original charm, plus it is painted in my favourite shade of green 😁 private tours to see the dolphins are available to book through the lodge as well and we would’ve loved to try the moto tour if we had an extra day. What’s always a big highlight is those I get to meet, and the owners, caretakers and 🐈🐈 (Mario and Croquette) were simply so warm and welcoming. Take some time to explore the tastefully decorated living space, and have an aromatic cup of coffee and chat with the owner Alex. We were so curious to know more about his unique collectibles, his experiences, and of course his unmissable motorbikes 😁 He’s a fantastic storyteller and is full of insights. The room itself is spacious, clean and everything I love in a good stay 😊 (Look no further!)

Staff is very helpful in organizing dolphin viewing trips. Great value for money, can only recommend.
