The hosts are very friendly; we were delighted by the little gift waiting on the table when we arrived: neatly wrapped wafers, a jar of delicious raspberry jam, and a souvenir magnet. ❤️ Everything’s super—100% recommend. ❤️ The stairs up to the bedroom are a bit steep, but that’s nothing compared to all the positives. 😉

Aleksandra Viesu Namiņš está en Aglona, a 3,8 km de Aglona Bread Museum, en una zona donde se puede practicar pesca. The cabin is located by a quiet and beautiful lake. It offers both the ability to sleep in a cozy little room upstairs, and a couch downstairs for when the nights got a bit hot. On top of that the owner was wonderful.

Perfect place to spend some quiet time in nature. Very beautiful house, clean rooms, planty of activities to do outside. I bet it's the same amazing every time of the year.

We rented the sauna with the hot tub — everything was top-notch. The place has all you need for a comfortable stay. The views of the lake in the evening are absolutely stunning, and you can enjoy them right from the hot tub. It’s peaceful and secluded, perfect for unwinding. There’s also a nice BBQ area. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and cozy getaway.

Zvaigznītes, que cuenta con vistas al jardín, dispone de alojamiento con patio y hervidor, y está a unos 3,3 km de Basílica de la Asunción. Location is excellent, close to the Aglona basilica. The exterior is picturesque, on a lakeside. The place is a summer house (a cabin), compact, but really nice and comfortable, except beds.

Pirts "Spārītes" se encuentra a 13 km de Aglona Bread Museum y ofrece alojamiento en Geraņimova con acceso a una sauna. Place was great, everything was there for a nice stay. Liked the porch and that there was a trail to the lake. Also there was a free boat to take for a ride in a lake nearby.

This place is quiet and not too far away from the Aglona city center. That's just what I wanted, enjoy nature, but at the same time close to shops. Private beach (lake) is just amazing. They have fully equipped kitchen.

Tuvāk dabai, que tiene vistas a la piscina, dispone de alojamiento con patio y hervidor, y está a unos 5,3 km de Basílica de la Asunción. Great place to escape from the city bustle. Very kind hosts. Always remember that you are going out of town and there may be some small inconveniences, but definitely nothing major. "Čiekuri", que tiene vistas al lago, ofrece alojamiento con instalaciones para deportes acuáticos y balcón a unos 4 km de Aglona Bread Museum. A wonderful remote place to stay. Where you can enjoy nature, sauna, each other, and nothing else (if this is what you were looking for - you wont need anything else). All the facilities are there and exactly as you'd expect them to be. The hosts know to greet you and then to leave you alone completely until you check out. Bring all your own things (food, drinks, etc) because there is nothing around... Mobile phone (internet) coverage is surprisingly good.
