It started with us booking the hotel 1 hour before arriving. To our surprise, the hotel was exceptional, and our host (Jovanna) extremely welcoming and delightful. She was very friendly, gave us a tour of the the hotel/room, and quickly heated the outside jacuzzi & sauna for us. The hotel is a true GEM, with amazing views of the town and mountains, extremely comfortable, great design, and outstanding service. Highly recommend for couples or families visiting Durmitor.
